Where an amicable settlement has not been reached between the Parties, any dispute that may arise in connection with these T&Cs shall be settled by the competent courts at Honest Fields’s headquarters.

(denumita in continuare “Honest Fields”), societate inregistrata la Registrul Comertului Ialomita cu nr. J21/643/2018, C.U.I. RO40151703, cu sediul in Romania, judetul Ialomita, comuna Balaciu, strada Agricultorilor, nr. 6.

Aceste T&C sunt guvernate de prevederile legislației române. Părțile vor depune toate eforturile pentru a soluționa pe cale amiabilă orice dispută potențială care poate apărea în legătură cu utilizarea serviciilor în conformitate cu aceste T&C.
Atunci când nu s-a putut ajunge la o soluționare amiabilă, orice litigiu care ar putea fi inițiat în legătură cu aceste T&C va fi soluționat de instanțele competente de la sediul Honest Fields.
